These terms set out how you may use MeBoard (“the app”), an iOS and iPadOS app provided by Yugo Matsuda (“the developer”). By using the app you agree to them.
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it; where they differ, Apple's EULA prevails.
The stickers, fonts and sample photos that ship with the app are provided under their own licences, listed in the app's settings. You may use them on the boards you make, but not extract and redistribute the artwork itself.
Boards are stored on the device and, if you use it, in your iCloud. They can be lost if the device fails or is lost, through the state of iCloud, or when the app is deleted. Export the boards that matter to you as images.
The developer does not guarantee that the app will always work or that it fits any particular purpose. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for loss arising from use of the app.
The developer may change these terms or the app, or stop providing it. If these terms change we update this page and the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
